About the development
Located in the central business district of Bellevue, Washington,
the Summit complex has been developed with a campus-type setting
to attract expanding technology as well as traditional downtown office tenants. Three mid-rise buildings have been designed around a major outdoor public plaza and constructed in phases, effectively eliminating
the risk that would have been associated with building one large
office tower. The buildings are located at 355 110th Avenue,
10885 NE 4th Street and 320 – 108th Avenue NE.
Size
The three-acre site accommodates 800,000 square feet of office space:
Phase I – 13 stories, 283,000 sq.ft., completed in 2002
Phase II –11 stories, 241,000 sq.ft., completed in 2005
Phase III - 15 stories, 331,000 sq.ft., under construction with building
shell scheduled to be substantially completed by the end of 2009
