About the development
Currently under construction, the Bolton, Ontario development is located on the west side of Hwy. 50 at Healey Road in the centre of Bolton’s retail corridor. The development features a broad mix of larger format (non-food anchors), national retailers with emphasis on home/hard goods that is complimented by a magnitude of various food and service providers. With a current population of approximately 35,000, the area features affluent residential growth with above average household incomes, creating an emerging marketplace.

• The site is comprised of approximately 17 acres and has
  a total retail GLA of 193,938 sq. ft.
• The development is designed to encompass five freestanding retail pads, ranging from 4,000 sq. ft. to approximately 100,000 sq. ft.
• Two multi-tenant buildings will have units varying from
  1,500 to 18,000 sq. ft.
