About the development
The award winning Airport 407 Business Campus is a master-planned industrial park located in Brampton, Ontario on Airport Road, just south of Steeles Avenue and the Highway 407 interchange. The development was initiated in tandem with the 2001 Airport Road upgrade. It was recognized with a Real Estate Excellence award from National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) for the 2001 Industrial Project of the Year.
Size
The 84-acre park was designed to accommodate eight buildings that will ultimate provide nearly 1.5 million square feet of prestige industrial space.
- Seven buildings have been completed, totaling over 1,300,000 sq.ft.
- The final phase, adding 110,000 sq.ft. fronting on Airport Road,
is currently under development with completion planned for mid-2009
