Tony is responsible for Bentall's office and industrial real estate services (operations, leasing and development) in BC. Previously, he was Vice President and Manager of the office and retail leasing groups at Royal LePage Commercial in Vancouver. During his tenure with Bentall, Tony and his team have developed almost two million square feet of property in the Metropolitan Vancouver area. Tony is a past president of the NAIOP Vancouver chapter and a past Executive Director of the Vancouver Economic Development Commission.

John Marotta joined Bentall in the spring of 2008 and has over 20 years of leasing, development and acquisition/disposition experience. John started his career at Colliers International, moved to CIBC Development Corporation and then to Pauls Properties Corporation prior to joining Bentall. In his new role at Bentall, John’s responsibilities include overseeing all activities in Bentall’s Western Region which consists of approximately 20 Million square feet of existing office/industrial properties and approximately 500 acres of development land located in Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg.

Stuart is responsible for Bentall's office and industrial property management, leasing and development services business in eastern Canada, including offices in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. Stuart joined the company in 1999 with over 10 years in senior leasing and corporate management roles at Oxford Properties Group and Cadillac Fairview, and five years of large account experience with IBM. He is a member of SIOR and NAIOP in Toronto and a recent Chairman of the Ottawa Real Estate Forum.

Gary has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, including development, property management and financing. Before assuming his present position, he was Chief Operating Officer for the US division of Bentall Corporation in Seattle, Washington. He came to the company in 1997 from CB Commercial, where he was Executive Managing Officer and Senior Vice President for its commercial real estate group in the Pacific Northwest from 1994 to 1997. He also previously was President of Prescott, Inc., where he and his partner developed over 2.5 million square feet of office space in downtown Seattle.
