Chris joined Bentall in 2004 as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions with over 20 years experience in real estate investment and operations. In 2007, Chris relocated to China as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Bentall Balloch China. Prior to joining Bentall, he held various senior management positions at Oxford Properties Group, including President of its industrial and suburban management division, Perimis Properties. Previous to Oxford, Chris was Vice President, Investments at RioCan REIT. His experience prior to RioCan encompassed positions of increasing responsibility at Morguard Investments, Counsel Property Corp. and Laventhol & Horwath Management Consultants. Chris holds a Master of Urban Planning from McGill University.
